If you're ordering an existing painting:

1. Once the first payment is made, I will mark the painting "SOLD" 
2. Artwork will continue to be displayed until the payment plan is completed
3. Shipping will be charged separately once payments are completed
4. Payments are nonrefundable
5. Payments have a 5 day grace period from the due date. If payment is not received within the 5 day period, artwork will be put back up for sale 

If You're ordering a custom/commissioned painting:

1. Once the first payment is made, I will add your project to my painting queue
2. I will begin the painting process on your painting when your order number comes up in my queue
3. Shipping will be charged separately once payments are completed
4. Payments are nonrefundable
5. Payments have a 5 day grace period from the due date. If payment is not received within the 5 day period, artwork will be put on hold

Queen of Arts Studio & Gallery is not like other artists/galleries. Finding the perfect home for my artwork is always my goal. I want to bring joy and love to your space through my work. There's nothing more satisfying than placing a Queen Shy Original or Custom painting in my clients' homes. It's my hope that providing payment plans will make owning my original paintings more accessible and affordable to more collectors
